Damaged items must be reported to email@example.com within 5 days after receiving your order. We can offer either and exchange or refund for your item. Our headbands and clips are delicate. We do not refund items if damaged by rough handling.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we are happy to exchange for change of mind. Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before returning at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We ship to Australia and New Zealand. Items will be shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. Please allow up to 4 business days for postage to arrive with in Australia and up to 10 business days in New Zealand.
If you need items in a hurry, please add the express post. Express post only available within Australia. ( this charge covers the extra on top of our standard postage for express service )
All our hair clips and headbands contain small parts. When handled by a baby or child may become a chocking hazard.
